Caring for ourselves and caring for what surrounds us should always go hand in hand. Here’s what we’ve put in place so the world stays a colourful place :

  • Our Colour+Care sticks are designed in our head office in Montreal, Canada, and crafted in our lab in Pickering, Ontario.

  • We’ve chosen to include North-American native key ingredient and actives, to promote and honour local permaculture, and minimize transportation waste.

  • Endlessly more recyclable. We’re striving for 100% aluminum tubes by our next production.

  • Less component waste. Refills available so (so) soon!

Behind the name

‘NOS’ ACTUALLY is ‘OURS’. It reflects the true power of beauty in bringing us together. We believe beauty is meant to be shared, experienced and created together. NOS is a love letter to human connectivity and creativity.

After years of working in the beauty industry, I saw how beauty could be overwhelming or how intimidating it could feel when it became overly technical. With NOS, I wanted to create something different: products that invite exploration rather than expertise. I realized that the products we most often return to aren't necessarily the most complicated ones. They're the products that make us feel something. The ones that create joy, spark fun and creativity, and come back effortlessly to fit into the most important times of our lives, time and time again.

That's why you'll find our signature sticks have the most intuitive formula, designed to be applied liberally and instinctively.

Colour sits at the heart of everything we do because it has the power to transform how we feel, express ourselves, and experience the everyday, but never at the expense of skin. I believe makeup should be as caring as it is expressive, which is why every product is created with skincare in mind : so you never have to choose between feeling good and having fun.
